 Part-time every other Saturday and Sunday   We can be flexible with your schedule!
 
Home Instead, non-medical home care for seniors, is hiring for the position of Weekend Office Coordinator  
 
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, be computer literate and should be able to think clearly in a high pressure situation.  Prior scheduling and office administration experience a plus.  
We are a great team to work with!
 
This important position will have primary duties which include:
Coordinating the overall caregiver and client schedules as needed with Scheduling team
Completing introductions (up to 3) a weekend with our clients and caregivers
Be the overall communications focal point to our caregiver team in managing and monitoring visits
Complete inquiries and care consults as needed in conjunction with the RN
General office duties
Work with a excellent team on managing/insuring quality home care on Saturday and Sunday
Bonus pay every 3 months

Hours:  Every other Sat & Sun: 9am – 3:30 pm each day, flex time as long as dependable
