Trusted home care company seeking tech savvy, trustworthy, and articulate individuals available on weekends for a Scheduling Coordinator position for Wilmington office.  We are a great team to work with!
 Flexibility, positive attitude, quick thinking in high pressure situations, and interest in the well being of seniors is required.
Ideal candidates will have weekend availability during the daytime hours of 9a - 3p as well as previous work experience in a customer service or people oriented industry.  

PREFERRED: Outstanding work history with a minimum of one year experience working in an office setting.   

Primary Home Care Scheduler Responsibilities :

  • Manage home care incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Create and maintain Client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships in healthcare.
  • Coordinate, schedule, mediate, and log all staffing and dispatching activity utilizing the software system for healthcare home care services.
  • Schedule and enter accurate client and CAREGiver records in the home care software system. 
  • Schedule & follow up with all employees and Client issues to ensure problems are resolved and communicated.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, and must be able to pass a DMV record check, a criminal background check, and a drug screening.
