Home Instead of Wilmington is looking for qualified candidates for Weekend Scheduling Coordinator positions. The Weekend Scheduling Coordinators interact with our professional CAREGivers, clients, client family members and/or responsible parties. The primary responsibility is to efficiently coordinate Client schedules with Caregivers skill set and availability. Candidates must have weekend availability during the daytime hours of 9a - 4p, as well as previous work experience in a customer service or people oriented industry.
Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays. Position does not require every weekend, but every weekend is available. Work Calendar is created on a monthly basis.
-Manage home care incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
-Create and maintain Client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships in healthcare.
-Coordinate, schedule, mediate, and log all staffing and dispatching activity utilizing the software system for healthcare home care services.
-Must be a problem solver, tech savvy, quick thinker, and work well under pressure.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, and must be able to pass a DMV record check, a criminal background check, and a drug screening.
